It requires a patch to be fixed and we haven't released the next patch yet. It is currently on schedule, however, to corrected in the next update.

Discussing this internally now. Are you running any of the performance graphs while playing? It would be really helpful to know via those graphs what you are seeing for max latency, packet loss, etc. (Graphs can be enabled via Settings > Interface > Performance Graphs)
Back to report the results. Just to be clear, I'm on Xbox Series X, not Xbox One.
I tried doing the hard reboot for Series X|S, no change. The graphical corruption is still present. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game, no change. The graphical corruption is still present.
I want to say this; whatever is causing this bug, I'm lead to believe it's something on the Series X|S's hardware/software that's causing it. As I said earlier, it's not present on Xbox One but is present on Series X|S.

Playing on Xbox Series X and that's important, as this bug is not present on Xbox One.
I don't know why this is, but ever since I continued playing on Series X, this corruption appears whenever the camera gets too close to the models. I'm assuming it applies to both the Rocket Boost and Goal Explosion of League Legacy as both share the same source model pool.
Since I only play on Xbox, I can't speak of the other platform versions. Players on PS4/5, Switch and PC, sound off and let me know if this happens on there as well!

In the meantime, could you please try cleaning your cache with a hard reboot, or try fully reinstalling the game and see if either of those fix the issue? Let me know how it goes!
