As stated in the above, a Nintendo hotfix will follow later this week pending certification. It will include a couple of Nintendo only fixes including the no cross hair bug. As this doesn't impact the other platforms it wasn't listed here to avoid any confusion.

I don’t understand what the downtime for the past 5 days has been for?

Much of this weeks maintenance has been infrastructure changes to let more folks into the Beta. Today is strictly a hotfix to address what we feel are some critical issues.

Post

We'll bring the servers down for a brief maintenance beginning at 10:00 AM (14:00 UTC) for approximately 90 minutes. The following changes are being made to XboxOne, PlayStation 4, and PC (Nintendo your update should come in later this week based on certification and will include a fix for the scope no crosshair bug and a friends list issue):

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue in the Rogue Select screen where Rogues with a Mastery border would appear transparent
  • Fixed an AI issue in Practice Mode impacting NPCs on the Windward map
  • Resolved a problem preventing the Store from properly loading in rare instances
  • Fixed an issue with invitations between PlayStation 4 and XboxOne players which would prevent the player from successfully joining.
  • The Communication Wheel should no longer get stuck open when a player dies and respawns
  • Fixed an issue where Saint’s Drone would not deploy correctly and revive the player.
  • Fixe...

It's completely acceptable for people to voice their concerns regardless of what the term is being used to define a game that people paid to play.

They do however allows devs to push updates out and sidestep the Microsoft/Sony/Nintendo review process.

Hey there! Unfortunately this isn't completely true (or even at all true). Platforms have the same release requirements for a game regardless of where it's at in it's development cycle.

To answer other concerns I'm seeing, we know folks get frustrated with bugs and I can promise you the team gets even more frustrated. Bugs and features that need improvement we see a lot more than some of you and we want them to change. This is just a process of prioritization and time.

Why are we worried about a Store then right? Two reasons. First in order to remain free to play (which we mostly are as the majority of folks are playing on free Beta keys) and without the traditional "lootbox" mechanic that many know and love, we need to supplement that with a few optional cosmetics.

The second reason I cannot emphasize enough, different folks do different thi...

The bomb should teleport to the spawn if this happens. Is it disappearing entirely?

You can’t report players in game for disconnecting and when you wait for the match summary their name is no longer listed making it impossible to report.

This is an upcoming feature that will be in a future update!

There are three reasons to t-bag in my opinion.

  1. Because you just made a nutty play and are releasing sheer excitement. It's usually accompanied by DPI toggles, fast spinning, and other random button spams.

  2. An intense game going back and forth. Both sides are clutching up and you gotta release that stress from barely surviving their top fragger who is almost omniscient in their gameplay.

  3. You are shitting on noobs and wrecking bitches and need to remind everyone you are the alpha. Doesn't matter that you have a tiny pp because you f**king rock at this game and everyone else sucks.

Reason 1 is fine. Most will realize you earned that excitement.

Reason 2 is similar to shit talk in sports. It's not always classy and some choose to not partake but it ends with the game an no hard feelings should be held but yes it's still irritating to be on the receiving side.

Reason 3 is for asshats who actually thin...

Reason 3 - Please use the Report feature, it isn't ignored. If you rack up enough harassment reports it can very much earn you a suspension.
