Cannot enter the game whatsoever, not even the login screen. Last night I was having the stuck on loading screen error, and when I did 'log in' I couldn't see anyone else online or join a match. Currently if I try to open the game, it literally doesn't even open for me.

Please try verifying your files and if that doesn't work a reinstall may help as well. It sounds like you may be in a bad state.

First off, happy cake day! Secondly, the retroactive thing in the patch notes was actually referring to there being rewards later that will be retroactively gifted. Everyone is starting off at 0 for the mastery as of the update.
This is correct. Any rewards we add for levels at a later time (and we ARE adding more rewards) will be granted to you after that update.
Bro my account got wiped after being on level 39. Bought the founders and rogue bucks and now I lost everything including characters. Submitted a customer support ticket a week ago and haven’t heard back. Thinking of getting a refund as well

Saints drone bugs out and guns will sometimes jam (not fire when hitting the trigger)
C4 - character often "forgets" a detonator. Unable to detonate or can't detonate until a ~5 second delay.
Explosive downs. Enemies shoot my explosive (knife or C4) and down themselves. They get the credit. I feel like my explosive should give me the damage and downs. Not the dummy who blew himself (& teammates) the credit.
Matches abruptly end in the middle of the game for no reason at all.
"Phantom" bullets hit but do not register any damage. I feel like this happens with almost every character and gun.
Desync issues. Everyone wants to scream when they are completely behind cover and they still are taking damage from someone who cannot see them. Its like your body is still exposed even when it clearly isn't. I have been on both sides of this and it is very annoying.

I'm on PC and still getting the infinite loading screen. Been trying on and off for the past two hours. Guess I'll wait until they hotfix it later today.

That particular bug was very difficult to reliably reproduce but we believe we've tracked down the potential issue. That is near the top of our bug fix list and has been for a few weeks. I can assure you the team wants it fixed as badly as you do!
Think he’s talking about the new Dima skin. In the picture he had glowing eyes and the character didn’t. You guys released a hot fix “Dima’s eyes will match the image” but I think he took it the other way around. You changed the image to normal eyes not the other way around. So your good.

can you add a spectator mode to the customized parties? This will allow streamers to do live tournaments on their channel.
Spectator mode is of course in our plans, but while it might sound easy it's actually a very complex system. It's definitely coming in a future update.
