I report AFK/leavers every chance I get, does that information actually help or is it a placebo?
Reports are part of an overall process that help us make determinations for further action. When I'm reviewing someone who was reported for inappropriate language or other behavior a long list of reports from other players helps confirm there is a pretty big problem. It's of course not the main determinant of action, but a piece of the puzzle.

This is definitely fixed in the next update and folks we see doing this repeatedly will have action taken against their account.
I’m having the same issue, I purchased regular founders on PC and ultimate on PS4 and on PS4 i can’t access my characters or unlocks.
Do you have your accounts linked? I think if your PC is named the primary account then you're inventory will reflect PC. Try changing your PS4 to your primary account.
I bought the standard pack through the epic launcher store. It only gave me access to the starter items?
See if you can reach out to Radar about this one. Most of the founder pack issues should be resolved, we're cleaning up any additional ones on a per issue basis.
Probably stupid question but I feel like sometimes when my C4 is lying there and I try and activate it, it only takes one click. But other times my guy takes out a detonator and then I have to use the detanator to activate. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
Sounds like it could be a bug, it should be a consistent experience. My understanding is that after you throw it you'll have the detonator equipped. Switching to a weapon will un-equip the detonator, later if you detonate it, you should see your character switch over to the detonator for a second to detonate.
My game chat doesn’t work at all, and I can’t use push to talk because it won’t allow me to bind anything in the spot it just skips over it. Why have a hind spot for things when we can set them???
When you say skips over it, do you mean the setting reverts the binding back to the default after you change it?

I think server crashed when the game wouldn't finish. So it's probably not a real issue. I should have edit my comment.
For the founder, I was playing with someone who told me they bought founder on Epic then refunded. They got their money back but they trully have all the stuff. If you guys want the name, I dont mind giving it in private so you can make some verification. I dont want to be mean but I think it's not fair if they really refunded and kept the stuff. I mean for those who give the money for real and therefore supported the game for real. Let me know and I can PM you.
Keep it up guys. I can't wait for skins and the season pass to be released. First game ever that I'm really excited about buying a season pass to gind it. :) I hope you guys at Hi-Rez will find the success you all deserve for making quality games. You dont always get rewarded properly for the greatness of your games.

Yesterday my banner for a march in strikeout stopped showing any players and said 0-0 after the first round for me. It lasted the rest of the match

Right now the team is working on what we consider the fundamentals of what makes Rogue Company great. This is a combination of features, quality of life additions, and squishing frustrating bugs.
I have good news! The Deserter penalty is in the next update and will impact both folks leaving and AFK. We anticipate a shift in player behavior after this.
Are you queueing solo when this happens?
The problem on the Switch is that you group up with 3 other friends on Switch. Almost every game someone is getting a crash so its constant 3 v 4. If they don't fix the crashing issues on Switch before they implement the deserter penalty, then its going to be a giant pain in the ass always having to finish 3 v 4 games before you can invite your crashed friend back and try again. They really need to get this fixed ASAP as its killing the game for me, the last few nights I have just been shutting the game off when this happens as I am sick of dealing with it. Next on the list is they need to put a forfeit feature in as well for when crashes happen. Forfeit can only be an option when your team is outnumbered. I digress.
If you are referring to the crash when you exit the plane, that should be fixed in the next update.
Are stats going to reset when the game is fully released?
