I doubt that anybody reads posts here but still, HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH f**kING SUPPORT? I got alpha codes on ps4 and they are both not working. Nobody on discord answers, official hirez ticket works as well as always and even when I go through RC website I can't even select RC in the ticket. So far the usual Hirez experience. Nothing works.

so, i was accepted to the alpha 11/15, and still have not received a key or any other communication from Hi-Rez, is this normal?
Codes are sent out randomly at determined times. It's likely you received an email thanking you for signing up for the Alpha, but haven't received a code yet.

Question today i was checking my email and noticed i had an invitation to test the game ( was sent feb 07),but anyways said mail had 2 codes on it ,so i used one on epic store and got the game now the question is... the second code is for giving it to someone else? or i need the second code for the game ( im downloading it at the moment my internet is kinda shit will take like 2 hours to finish)
