I keep getting kicked from Rustafied main with an error reading something along the lines of "asset.bundle.7" on the on the reason. when i try to rejoin i get eac errors unless I restart the game. Can only stay in the server for about 5 min.

This is due to a version mismatch between Steam and Rust. Make sure your Steam is up to date and/or you're not opted into any Steam client betas (under account settings). Your Steam Client should have a build date of something from at least 2020.
Yeah I saw that, although she’s not actually a dev, she’s just community support, so I don’t know how well that holds.
Our support staff are more up to date on these type of issues than our developers due to support deals with these issues every day, multiple times a day and have direct communication with EAC staff.
Valorant Anti cheat will not get you banned, you're making false assumptions based on a personal hunch without any evidence backing up your claim.

Update: The error, in this case, has now been corrected and any affected players unbanned.
Build servers often disable certain server side antihack features to enable players without admin auth to freely fly/noclip around.
This is not possible on vanilla servers with correctly configured antihack.
I'll take another look at this when I have time over the weekend but a brief review it doesn't appear the collection rate has been changed in an extremely long time.
