Here is a concept for a garage / mechanic/ trader. First version of traders will just sell items to players but later they will provide you services, like fixing your car, upgrading it, doing a paint job, or f*cking up your cars as real mechanics do. http://pbs.twimg.com/media/FCxpeTbWQAEz6Iv.jpg

Examples of different phases of the same building.
