Greetings prisoners, we are back with another Development update and some news on the International program! Check it out!


We are looking for some more reinforcements for the International program! More volunteers are needed for some supported languages and we are adding 3 more languages!

We are looking for more people for these languages:
  • Chinese - simplified
  • Chinese - traditional
  • Korean
  • Portuguese

And looking for volunteers for these 3 new languages, helping us to bring the SCUM experience to these regions!

  • Implementing and bug fixing 4.27 of Unreal engine.
  • Merging the modular vehicles system.
  • Implemented new support for weapon check ammo feature.
  • Refactored reload sequences for reloading in modular vehicles.
  • Working on the farming system.
  • Fixing the 4.27 issues.
  • Optimizing the PhysX system.
  • Bugfixing.
  • Working on the ATM UI system.
  • Reworked the Quick access system.
  • Working of new prototype of the prisoner appearance system.
  • Working on mushrooms toxicity system.


  • Placing down banker NPC and ATM machines on the island.
  • Optimizing distant drawcalls for buildings.
  • Placing down assets in new building types.
  • Finishing up the new Stadium.
  • Creating near and distant LODs for the Stadium.
  • Further work on the Nuclear powerplant POI.
  • Creating control room materials.
  • Creating Modular base building assets.
  • Bugfixing.


  • Implementing the new female character models.
  • Polishing the new female character animations.
  • Creating assets for modular vehicles.
  • Working on the new concept art.
  • Touching up on ATM visual UI.
  • Working on a AWM and AWP suppressors.
  • Visually reworking the ammo boxes.
  • Finalizing the new female clothing.
  • Bugfixing.


  • Catching and banning cheaters.
  • Reporting feedback from the community.
  • Reporting the bugs.


  • Finishing up the Fame rework document.
  • Separating damage types.
