@Chef_uk No, the idea is to change post-processing for the specific areas.

@CeloCaio They will have some benefits, like being able to brag that you are the most popular player on the server, but also will serve as reputation for NPCs. Some traders will not talk with you if you are nobody. With time will expand usage of fame more.

@Xeon187 Unfortunately it has to be done. For players with maximized skills is almost impossible to gather enough FPs to get respawns. Fame is now a separate category. You will still be able to gain Fame but it will be used in a different way.

@lokibeatGaming yes, exactly.. no more character wipes are planned.

@WorldUKPlays You will still lose FP on unsuccessful actions as before, but not the same amount. Fame gain/loss will be balanced during the period after 0.8v.

@SomaLaskay private server owners will have options to alter prices as they wish

@OneSiriusGamer @CeloCaio private server owners will be able to modify the price for respawn, but keeping respawning with fame will not be possible anymore. the game cannot have both system integrated.

@gordonmason01 @Xeon187 1. nothing in the game development begins with "just" 2. there is positivity and negativity about everything we add to the game. the idea is to make better gaming experience, it might not work from day one, but it will be balanced out like we did it in many occasions so far

@knnkkc The same thing as if you stop playing the game. But this will not happen instantly, you’ll have 10 free respawns before the permadeath. So enough time for alter things if you are smart player

@CaptCaveman12 Yes, a banker will be the new npc. Private server owners will be able to setup prices for respawning. If they set it to 0, all respawns will be free

@DashBigga You do understand that permadeath is already in the game? You can lose your character if you don’t have enough FP. Also up until lately characters were lost on each wipe.

@FurnanCapital There are good lock pickers I agree, it probably took them months to get that level of skill. You could try it too just to realize how hard it is. Btw did I say we’ll be adding digital locks soon :P

@RocketGirlGami1 You have been paying it with the fame so far.The price has been set if you want to keep your skills and attributes after death. If not, you can reroll the character. TEC1 has cloned all prisoners, those who pay have another chance for fight. They just upload it with the new data.

@KmZKaMiKaZeTV Permadeath is already in the game. If you lose too of much fame you will not be able to respawn. Nothing has changed in that aspect.

@GeorgeHackensc2 To do what? You will be able to put money on bank accounts using ATMs which there will be plenty all over the map. Why are you so afraid of changes? It was same crap with infections but I haven’t heard anything about people dying massively from them. Have some faith fgs
