Fame didn't work for high skilled players, had to be changed for something that works.
Which brings us to "farming" cash to avoid permadeath. Potato - potato. No big change except this thing will work equally for all.
@PatrickUtz85 Also traders are fine, actually now with bankers and fame we will be able to make them "deeper". Not seeing why something like that would ruin anything. If you want to play hardcore you can join private server without traders and with just one life. So you have options as always.
@AleXiC94 You have total limits of all elements inside the based per flag. So if you decide to grow a lot more, you'll might need to reduce the number of other elements in the base.

@philipcross2018 money isn’t relevant. You can have opinion regardless of money. However, maybe you could try to see the larger picture too, that this isn’t just about what you want. If you don’t like something, you don’t have to use it. It doesn’t mean others won’t-It’s all about options.
@Howiemuto no, it won't, but we might reduce the amount spawned. Also once when the cooking gets added prepared meals will have advantage over MREs /canned food. I'm not talking about calorie intake but satisfaction which will increase the character's performance.
@afdimaging Players in the squad still use their cash so it more/less be similar. For now there will be no group accounts for respawning. Also, group of people will always be stronger than one or two players. There is no point in balancing the game to make squads equal to solo players.
@PhobiaOS @FurnanCapital The solution for this isn't simple, I talked about it many times. Also what feels for you as one day, may mean months of lock picking training for someone. Keeping your base alive takes more than just building it, you have to be smart or join up with other players for security.
@PhobiaOS @FurnanCapital For example, I had base for months before it was raided and they didn't take much of my gear anyway. Also Rust is more arcadish game with faster gameplay and what works there doesn't necessary work in Scum.
@FurnanCapital @PhobiaOS I think that raiding when players are present isn't a problem, the problem is when players aren't there. Anyone should be able to raid anyone no matter if they have the BCU or not. BCU could be used for special kind of lock so to open it you need to have the BCU of the owner
@FurnanCapital @PhobiaOS but there shouldn't be more than one lock that requires BCU of the owner or it would be simply too difficult to get inside. Also you could add it on specific things, not doors but safes for example.
@FurnanCapital @PhobiaOS Yes exactly, so we need to add protections too keep your base safe(r) while you aren't there along with alarms that notify you when someone is in your base. That way you will have a chance to respond. You'll just have to ask your boss to help you defend the base! :)
@PhobiaOS @FurnanCapital I agree that's a problem, but I wouldn't remove it. We need more ways of protection (sentries, alarms, digital locks, etc.). After modular BB gets in the game we'll address these things more.
