There are EU servers and there always has been EU servers. You can see for yourself by starting a custom game and selecting it from the drop down.

The "Glitch" your experiencing is called screen tearing and it can be remedied by enabling V-Sync within the games Video settings.

We are currently working alongside Nvidia to find a solution to this issue ASAP.

Currently GEForce NOW users are unable to login to Splitgate.
