For those who don't know, we are a small dev team with a total of 4 engineers, and we've had over 500k downloads since the start of beta a few days ago. We appreciate all the patience and support. We are truly blown away.

Also, don't worry, no one has lost any stats or anything. It's just a visual bug and will all be there when servers are back up!

Dont worry your progress will be back shortly! Nothing is lost, its just some server issues because of too many players across all platforms

In Splitgate properties in Steam on the General tab, click on SET LAUNCH OPTIONS button. In the Launch Options dialog enter: -culture=xx
where xx is: en for English, fr for French, de for German, it for Italian, ja for Japanese, pl for Polish, pt for Portugues, ro for Romanian, ru for Russian, es for Spanish, and tr for Turkish.

You can resolve this issue by repairing easy anti-cheat.

To do this please close Splitgate and run the following.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Splitgate Arena Warfare\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe

Select repair and you should be good to go.

If that doesn't resolve the issue please try validating your steam files by going to splitgate properties in steam -> local files -> verify integrity of game files.
