We are still investigating what is causing the log in issues for our servers. This still remains a high priority for our team to resolve, and we wanted to let you know the next steps we are taking. We will be adding more tools on the backend to improve our reporting and tracking to further our investigation. In order for this to happen, we will be scheduling server downtime for tomorrow. This will impact all servers as we have seen this issue occur with Star Forge, Satele Shan, and most recently Darth Malgus.   

Players should expect a maintenance window on Tuesday, May 16th from 8am CT / 1pm UTC. Estimated down time is 2 hours. Please keep an eye on our social channels/forums for updates should this timeline change.

For players who are seeing a cropped resolution with the launcher, can you please adjust the scale setting in the following field under the Display settings?  We are determining whether this field is impacting your experience.
