I like this QoL change.
If you get the Mythic chibi or arena on your first roll, you can just save the rest of your currency until the next mythic release.
I didn’t see any percents, so my assumption is that it’s a little harder to roll higher tier items now that there’s more being added to the mix. But I could be totally wrong here

I don't normally spend money on cosmetics for TFT but my understanding is that this is just a QoL change at the very least? And at best if you spent a lot more money on cosmetics than you needed in order to get what you wanted, you can "roll over" the money you spent towards future cosmetics (the "promise token" mechanic)?

From Natural PVE drops you can only get the same component up to 3 times, and even then it's weighted so it's less likely. You also can't get them until the 2nd and 3rd carousel (so for example you can't drop 3 tears by 2-7).
However these have NO CONNECTION to Carousels or augments. If you naturally drop 3 tears, then take tear every carousel you could have 7 tears. It's also possible for component grab bag to give you 3 tears, and Urf's Grab Bag to give you 3 tears. Maybe Salvage Bin gives you blue buff? So with all that its THEORETICALLY POSSIBLE to have like 15 tears? But like...

I miss being able to buy arenas. The 2% drop rate is too low, and feels like shit when you miss.
I get this, but I will say the team has been upping the value. Those maps we used to sell are now the Tier 3 arena's at the end of the battle pass, which means you are getting them far cheaper than before.

i want to also add that the bruiser emblem, made my bruiser count from 3/4 should be 4/4 to 1/4 hp still applied but i am not sure how it interacts with augments and if you hover it only shows the unit holding the emblem as the bruiser.
It should be visual only - We're aware of that issue but are focusing on this one first.
