I have some questions as well if you can, but logs would definitely be the best if you're in a time crunch.
Android:
- Find your main storage. This can be done by apps like file managers or via Settings -> Search files -> Open files
- Navigate to Android > Data > com.riotgames.league.teamfighttactics > FIles > Documents > Logs
- Try to find the logs that correspond to your game where you had the issue. There'll be game logs, along with crash and performance logs (perf). If you can upload those via google drive preferably and private message me, it'd be deeply appreciated.
Ios/Apple:
- Logs must be pulled via Itunes, so you'd have to install that if you don't have it already.
- Plug in the phone, and allow it to trust ITunes (Should be a prompt)
