IIRC the actual reason they aren’t doing an offline mode rn is because it would take a lot of development time to rework a game made for online into offline, so they’re holding it off until it’s actually necessary. Correct me if I’m wrong tho

For the Kudos you need to have capture the Temtem as OT (it has a different icon in the Tempedia with a 👤). We’ve been doing a lot of fixes on this topic over the past patches and we haven’t heard of any inconsistencies for a time, so that’s probably your current problem.
If you believe you have an inconsistency, and you have all the Tems captured as OT and you don’t have the Kudo, send us an email to [email protected] and we can take a look at your account and see what’s going on.

This is not true. Swarm did not born as a part of the Arcade Bar and the Arcade Bar is still being worked on and coming on the next big patch (1.7).
In the detailed view for the Temtem, you can see the Temtem species number right at the side of their typing, with that number you can then check the Tempedia or the Wiki.

Check the vault in any Temporium, the items should be there.
You keep all the things purchased with novas and all the rewards from the battle pass between resets so you don’t need to worry about it.
Also, you can change your player name inside the game in an office in Neoedo, just FYI.

I feel you. I'm also frustrated with this issue, we've spent a lot of time investigating it and trying to find solutions but it's thought/impossible because we've never been able to reproduce it (neither in the office, or anyone from their homes or even anyone we know closely in Spain, it's something that simply doesn't happen in Spain ISPs). It's one of those issues that we need to iterate and test a million small tweaks and logs to try and fix it, and it's something that is not feasible to do with an unknown user.
The problem is the interaction between how Temtem's online is coded (using UDP is one of the main problems) and "something" (we don't know what) that the ISP does specifically with that. Under our current investigation, we've detected that sometimes it is caused when the ISP enables CG-NAT for their users, and also when the ISP enables IPv6 for one of the routes for the connection (or if the user uses IPv6). Thanks for the response, just to confirm I haven't bought an add on, just the full game. I can't even see a temtem+ as an add on on the store.
Every purchase of the game comes bundled with Temtem Plus, which is the "DLC" that allows users to enable cross-progression. But currently with this bug activations for Temtem Plus are not working correctly.
