Yes, you need Temtem Plus to enable cross play so purchasing a second hand copy on Switch wouldn't work (or you'll have to purchase Temtem Plus)

Nope, you need Temtem Plus to use cross-progression, but Temtem Plus comes bundled with every copy of Temtem (automatically on Digital copies, on a physical print along Physical copies). So if you purchased Temtem in a regular way you won't have any problems with it.
Recommendations are based on recent data (latest X matches) so it doesn't matter if a Tem matches another one "historically". We'll have to take a look at Tyranak though and see if that is correct.
For tems with lower pickrate (like Hocus) there is almost no analytics so there is also no recommendation data to pull from.
For sure we have to improve the QOL on selecting Tems and adding sorting / filter.

As of now it's only avalible on steam, do you guys plan to bring Temtem showdown for mobile as well? Or for now you guys only plan to bring it for the platforms Temtem is already avalible at?
Hello! Mobile developing is super complex and a bit out of our reach with the current team we have, so I'd not count on that.
The current platforms that Temtem is already available at is a better expectation, but still that isn't certain, and it will depend on how well Temtem: Showdown does.
Any plans on having a PvE and PvP variation of a move? Competitive balancing could only affect the PvP variation while keeping the PvE variation unchanged and vice versa.
