We've pushed a hotfix to the server trying to solve (again) the Max issue. Let us know if it works!

Server is up again.

We're doing some maintenance on the server.

It is possible we need to reset some accounts after this, so maybe you'll face the character creation again if you were stuck before.

We're going to restart the server and force a save recheck when you reconnect. Let's hope that fix the issues!

If you're stuck against Max, close the game. Delete this folder:

%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Crema\Temtem

Enter the game and go to the initial house.

If you're in the lab and can't interact with the professor or anything, go to the initial house and everything should be reset.

We're restarted the server, hotfixes for the locking issues.

After every restart you'll face a queue, but it will let you in very quickly (~one minute).

If you're locked before a battle or after the character creation wait a bit, we're working on it!

Couple of things to know about the next stress test.

1. We've deleted all new accounts created in the previous stress test due to a bug on the progress saved. You'll need to create your characters again.

2. If you enter the test and you're in a long queue or the game performs bad, please be patient. We will be monitoring and tweaking everything so it's more stable and you all can play without problems. Just wait a while and stay updated to our announcements here on twitter.
