Yesterday I helped someone kill Micro when they called for backup. After that my PS4 would crash every time I went any where near the Pentco Fairview Power Plant on the in game map. Would also crash if I went to the helipad and talked to the pilot that takes you there, Kenly college etc.
I traveled to NYC, and I couldn't get back because the game would crash if I tried. Worked out that it was due to a bug in the Anderson Manhunt, and it could be that the character I used hadn't completed manhunt mission objectives or something like that. As another character that I completed the mission with was fine, no crashes.
So I reset the manhunt for the character having problems and everything is back to normal again, no more crashing. I've now read that this bug has plagued PC users as well so I hope this helps anyone else having or gets this problem.
