Hello,
I currently have a bug which prevent me from playing, the game just freezes and i have to change tab or press the windows key to unfreeze it, only to freeze 2 seconds later.
I used to change my display mode until it don't freeze anymore. But this doesn't work anymore. Can you help me please ?

Sorry that your game is freezing and preventing you from being able to play. Please go through our troubleshooting guide here to help with this, and be sure to verify your game files. If the game continues to freeze, please let me know.

Thanks for confirming you've completed the troubleshooting. Sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this. In order to take a closer look we will have to ask you for you system files. To do so, I've opened a case for you on our Support Site (you should receive an email soon).

Please make sure to create DxDiag and MSInfo reports (guide: https://www.ubisoft.com/help/article/000061449) and provide them in your reply there, thanks!

Whilst there are issues the game team are investigating at the moment in regard to crashes, following the steps provided will help us to rule out the possibility of user end issues. Our troubleshooting guides are designed to help players achieve the best performance possible. Completing these steps means we can confirm with the development team that the affected user is playing under the correct conditions, if issues persist.
