Thank you for your reply chacachaca13 I have forwarded your original video to our QA team to try and replicate the issue, I wouldn't go out of your way to record a clip at the moment as this should be enough to go on, if it demonstrates the issue clear enough for our QA.

Apologies to hear you were also affected by the ongoing crashes in the game. We will be back in touch if we need any more info from you, thanks again for your help!

@chacachaca13 Hey! Thank you for providing these additional videos. The team is aware of the crashing issues and they are continuing to investigate. In the meantime, if you haven't yet, I'd suggest trying these steps here. We also heard back from the team and they would like to get the following information from you:

  • Did the issue occur only once or multiple times?
  • Are you able to finish the manhunt mission?
  • Did you encounter this issue with the kamikaze drones outside the manhunt mission too?

Hi @chacachaca13 the development team have been unable to reproduce this issue. They have asked the following:

  • Do you have a stable internet connection whilst playing the game?
  • What did you do in-game prior to the issue happening?
  • What graphical preset and resolution are you playing on?
  • If you are using Nvidia as your GPU, do you have certain features enabled/disabled in Nvidia GeForce Experience or Nvidia Control Panel such as DSR Factor, Image Scaling, etc? Can you provide a screenshot regarding this? Same question applies if you use AMD vendor, but applied to the AMD specific GPU software's.


Could you also provide your system specifications and your system files. To provide your system files we would require you to create a support case. Please let us know if you are able to do this.
