For the last 3 days, I have been getting delta 3s to the point that I can't even stay in the game more than a couple minutes. I followed the list of things to try and fix it on my end, including hard reset, router reset, clear database, and calling my IP provider to be assured my connection is as good as it's always been. I am hard wired, so it can't be wifi. I also tested other games to make sure that I wasn't having this issue in other games. They can happen from every couple of hours to minutes apart. I've put a lot of money and time (like everyone else) into this game and am very frustrated. I really don't know what to do. Could someone please help me out here.

It's great that you've listed the steps you've already tried - that's super helpful! You'd mentioned speaking to your ISP already, and we'd recommend asking for their assistance in setting up port forwarding and the UPnP feature on your router, since each router is different, so they are best placed to advise you on how to set it up in the way we recommend in our guide.

Please also see our general troubleshooting guide: (https://ubi.li/pcts), and in particular follow the steps to run the game with administrator rights, update Windows, verify the game files, and check for any background processes that might be interfering (such as firewalls).

If that's already been done, and the errors persist, please let me know. In that case, it'd be useful to know the specific error message(s) you are receiving, so that we can investigate further.

For anyone else who comes across this thread, and has been experiencing DELTA error codes after going through the troubleshooting previously provided by my colleague, could you please reach out and create a case through the Ubisoft Support website? When doing this, please also submit some screenshots displaying that you have forwarded the game ports and that you have also set up a static IP address. Here, we'll be able to take a deeper look into it from our side.
