I'm getting 1 fps when i enter any building, so far i've done everything but reinstall windows to try and fix this issue. I've clean installed the newest Nvidia drivers, I've rolled back to what i had before the newest, I've updated my chipset drivers, I've uninstalled the game and reinstalled, I closed every other program i have open usually, verified my game files, I restarted my pc, and updated my BIOS. Nothing seems to work. I hate that this bug hit me when I'm super in to the division and I have to go back to the very fun, but fairly dead Division 1.

Hello @sp00n_d00d I am sorry to hear you are experiencing 1FPS when entering buildings and possible stuttering, thanks for getting in touch.

Thank you for letting us know what troubleshooting you have tried so far.

This happened to me recently in another game, after I changed some graphics settings and enabled an HD texture pack which made the game unplayable on my system.

Are there any video/graphical options you have changed or enabled recently, or in your GPU software (Nvidia control panel and the like) that may have caused this FPS drop in buildings?

Hey @OOOptimus ,

Thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear you're also encountering performance issues.

Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps since this began?

And may we please know the specs of your PC (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS, Laptop / Desktop)?

Thank you!

Hey,

I found a couple of other reports of this but we were unable to reproduce the issue ourselves. I did find those reports say that disabling recording software solved this issue for them.

If you still have the issue or unable to resolve it from that, we will need you to these system files from you to look into this further.

You can send us these files if you contact us via live chat, you can do so here and we can get your files from you whilst speaking to you on there.

As live chat isn't always available, you can also reach out through a private message on Twitter or Facebook if you prefer, as that will also create a case for you and we can then get your system files off you through there.
