As looking at the videos this isn't necessary and would also make them easier for the team to view if necessary.

As for the issues themselves, could you please also confirm;

• Have you attempted any troubleshooting?

I see that @Noxious81 has provided you with some guidance in relation to how you can work through the YouTube account settings, therefore I won't go too much into detail about this and will leave it up to you to decide whether you want to make any changes or not.

As far as the issues you've brought up goes, I have been able to view all of the content you've sent, so here's a little follow up:

1. First issue regarding sudden cooldown as well as skill switch of turret - I can confirm that this has now been forwarded to our development team for further review.
2. Armor Directive issue - I've had a closer look and can see that this matter has been also brought up by other players and has been under investigation since. Nevertheless, I have forwarded the details you provided, as it may be beneficial for reproduction purposes
3. Skills being stuck - in the past we did have a similar issue where skills were activated however not visible, meaning that picking it up or disabling it wasn't an option either, however your video footage shows that it's not active at all, therefore I can confirm that this matter has been forwarded to our team accordingly.

If we will have any difficulties with reproducing either of the issues, we will update the thread.

So in relation to YouTube content - there has been some slight confusion however going forward, it is entirely your own decision what would you like to do with the channel however as I'm not particularly familiar with YouTube algorithm and policies, it's not something I am able to comment on, however if you will be in similar position of having to forward some bug reports, you're more than welcome to continue as it is.

Now in relation to the issues you've brought up - we have received a response from our team and have been facing difficulties with reproducing it on our side, therefore may I double-check the following, if possible:

1. Switching to signature weapon triggers the turret skills' cooldown issue:
   1. Did you encounter issue in any other part of the game or was it only in Manning National Zoo?
   2. How often did you run into this issue, or was it just a one time thing? For instance, if you were to re-visit it, would issue occur just as it did in video footage?
   3. Does issue persist if you change your setup (armor, weapons)?
   4. Are you able to reproduce the issue when changing specializations?
   5. Are you using cable connection or Wi-Fi?
   6. Did you happen to experience any connection or performance issues prior to running into these issues?
2. Unable to use deployable skills (turret + drone):
   1. Did you encounter issue in any other part of the game or was it only in Manning National Zoo?
   2. How often did you run into this issue, or was it just a one time thing? For instance, if you were to re-visit it, would issue occur just as it did in video footage?

In relation to slow render issue - this is something that will depend on how good is your internet connection, and based on the information you provided, yours appears to be quite solid one.

Can I double-check what is the platform you play on? Also, how often do you experience this and since when (roughly) did this start to happen?
