[2022] certain things nerfed in countdown even after subverting all countermeasures.

• Can you clarify whether, when describing your issue, you mean to say that your damage remains the same after lifting the countermeasures, or are you saying that your damage is lowered in countdown compared to the open world?
• When saying that the skills are nerfed, do you mean compared to the open world or the PTS version of Countdown?
• Do you always encounter this issue? If yes, did you try to change your gear, and does that resolve the issue?
• Can you provide a list of the gear you have equipped while encountering this issue?
