[2020] Apparel no longer drops -- (24+ hours without any loot drops)

As the title suggests, apparel no longer drops for me. I've put in a few hours (over 200), and I was getting open world loot drops regularly. But, it seems to have stopped entirely.

I still receive cache key fragments and receive apparel through the caches, however. So, I'm not sure if this is a feature or a bug. I'm assuming this is a bug because it doesn't really make any sense.

Hey, folks. It's possible that you have received all of the currently available, but I have reported that there may be an issue with cosmetic drop rates to the Division 2 team. This is being investigated. Please, if possible, let me know how many cosmetic items you have earned and what World Tier you are in.

A video of you attempting to loot for new Apparel items and a screenshot of your current apparel items that are unlocked in your inventory.
