Last time I played the game was during the Golden Bullet Event (2 weeks ago?). Since last Friday, whenever I launch the game, after the Easy Anti Cheat loads, my PC will reboot. This happens 10 out of 10.

I have verified my files, updated my drivers, disabled Microsoft services, disabled anti-virus, firewall. But none of these fixed the issue. I'm still on Windows 7, I have been since the game launched without an issue.

Hello @Alex_RKB I am sorry to hear the game is causing your PC to reboot.

Would you be able to perform a hard drive, system file check, and page file check for us, to check for any missing or corrupted files that may be causing this issue?

System file check >
https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system-files-79aa86cb-ca52-166a-92a3-966e85d4094e

Check Hard drive disk >
- Press the Windows Key + S
- Search for CMD (Command Prompt) and right click and open as administrator
- Type this following command as it appears CHKDSK (then leave a space and put the letter of the hard drive you want to check with the game on followed by a colon, for example C:)
- Press enter to begin scan
- After the program has finished running its check, see what errors it may have found

Finally, to try and fix any corrupted files please type the following into command prompt > CHKDSK C : /F
(Replace the C : character with whatever drive letter it is that you are wanting to fix)
If prompted with a 'this drive is currently in use' message with Y/N please type Y then the enter key, to continue with the scan
After all scans are completed and drives are fixed, try launching the game and see if there is an improvement.

Check your page file memory, as this can also contribute to crashes >
This issue could be caused by exceeding your ram memory, or Windows Pagefile memory - PCs usually use Windows Pagefile memory in addition to your regular ram, if the pagefile memory is exceeded when playing a game, your computer can sometimes crash or you may see a bluescreen. This article will explain how you can increase your pagefile to test this theory > https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/opw/8.2.0?topic=tuning-optional-increasing-paging-file-size-windows-computers: (https://ibm.com/docs/en/opw/8.2.0?topic=tuning-optional-increasing-paging-file-size-windows-computers)

Should all of the three troubleshooting steps not work for you, please let us know, as though we are aware of crashes happening in the game at the moment, these should not cause your computer to reboot entirely.

Hey @Alex_RKB,

I'm sorry to hear that the troubleshooting steps provided by @Ubi-Milky didn't fix the crash issues you're facing in The Division 2. So we can further look into this for you, could you please send us your system files? To send them to us, I have created the support ticket 16976805 for you, which you'll be able to access via our Support Website. The system files we will need are your DxDiag and MsInfo.

Thanks for reaching out @Irodeyourmom, sorry to see you're also having issues.

Have you given any of the below linked steps a try at all?

@Irodeyourmom Sorry to hear those steps didn't help. I see you have an open support ticket, so could you update your case with a copy of your system files? This will allow the team to take a closer look at your system and investigate the issue further.
