[2021] Game crashes on loading savegame - Everytime, any save file, even old savegames | Anno 1800 Dev Tracker

I bought the Seasonpass today and started playing Wrath of the druids. 4-5 hours later I had the first crash. Since then I can no longer get into the game. As soon as I load any savegame the game crashes to the desktop. I have tried all savegames even older ones from a few days ago. I just can't get into playing the game at all. Have already verified the data and repaired. Didn't help.
I don't understand where this suddenly comes from, I play the game since release. had every now and then a crash but never something like this. it's really annoying

Can anyone help me, please?

@barney_1104 I'm sorry to hear that you are also experiencing issues with your game crashing.

We would need to go through all of the PC troubleshooting first and also review your system files before this can be investigated by the development team.

Can you try the troubleshooting steps in the support article here if you haven't already done so.

If the issue persists, could you please submit a support ticket and attach your system files, dxdiag and msinfo and our Customer Support team will investigate this further for you.
