Hello Agents.

2 weeks ago i invited a friend to play division 2 with my personal referral link.
My accepted the invitation and bought the game right after.
She joined my session and we played 3 main missions together in coop:

  • Grand Washington Hotel
  • Jefferson Trade Center
  • ViewPoint Museum

After that we have been waiting for 2 days but the mission counter did not change and is still showing "0 out of 3"
So we decided to try again and i joined her session instead and played the same missions again.
Unfortunately the mission counter still doesnt change and stays at 0.
I contacted the german ubisoft support but after some back and forth they stopped answering after telling me that all i can do is to try again.
So i invited a second friend to division 2 and did the same steps again with him but same issue.

Any idea what else i could do to make it work? Help is appreciated

For friend referral rewards, an email will be sent to confirm your rewards have been granted to your account, which should usually arrive within 24 hours of a reward level being met.

As you are still missing rewards and having trouble with this friend referral, could you please contact us about this using our 'Contact Us' link on our website so that we may check you and your friend's eligibility in private? Thank you >>  https://www.ubisoft.com/help/contact

I took a look at your support ticket, and it does look like the referral was successful, but the website/mission stats aren't updating, like you suggested.

I've added a comment with additional information to your ticket, for my colleagues on Player Support, and opened an investigation with the information you provided.

For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue, can you let us know if the website updated and you got the rewards ?

This will help determine the best possible solutions, and it's an integral part of our investigation.
