 I buy, download and installed The divison 2 in Epic games... And... I open the game and stuck in Initializing.... Inifinty time

Hello @iMalta ! Sorry to hear you are stuck on initializing. I recommend trying the steps listed in this guide. You should also try verifying your game files.
Please let me know if these steps resolve this issue.

@desert_fox_1668 Sorry to hear the game is still not launching properly. Would you clarify if the recommended steps were completed? I also advise you to ensure both Epic and Ubisoft connect are being run with administrator rights

In regards to Far Cry 6, was this title also purchased off the Epic store?

Hello @desert_fox_1668 thanks for getting back to us and trying those steps.

As you mentioned this was an Epic purchase specifically, can you also please try the following steps listed here, as I have found them to help for Epic and Ubisoft Connect synchronizing issues in particular >

1. Navigate to the Ubisoft Game Launcher cache folder, by default located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache
(Please note that the Ubisoft Connect launcher must be fully shut down at this point and not running in the background.)
 
2. Open the cache folder and move the "ownership" folder to a safe location such as your Desktop
 
3. Once you have backed up that folder, delete the "cache" folder.
 
4. After deleting the cache folder, please verify the game files within Epic: using this guide -

5. After verification, the launch option appears again. Please now try launching your game.
 
Please let me know what happens after following these 5 steps, if this resolves the issue for you or not?
