Hey Guys,

My game won't load past 9% on the second loading screen. I've tried leaving it for ages but it just gets stuck like that.

I've read this is a common issue but I can't find a fix for it?

I've tried deleting and reinstalling but still the same.

Hi @clinchy01, welcome to the forums! Sorry to hear that your second loading screen is stuck at 9%. I recommend first giving the steps in this troubleshooting guide a try, and reaching back out to me here if the issue persists after the guide has been completed. Thank you so much!

No worries, thanks for the update and this information @clinchy01! To clarify, were you able to restore your licenses as well? This may be able to resolve some of these issues as well.

@clinchy01 All right. Thanks for adding all of that additional information. I just wanted to confirm, if you don't go to the theatre, everything seems to work, but if you either go to the theatre or spawn at the theatre, that's when everything seems to go all weird? Would it be possible to get a short video clip of this happening so that I can get a better look at this? That way, I can also get this sent to the game team since all basic troubleshooting didn't seem to help at all.

@TK105 I do apologize if we all sound similar. I would like to get this reported once I have a video clip and have additional information! Are you experiencing this issue as well, by chance?

@clinchy01 You're not the only one, no. We have found some other reports of this too and it's being investigated at the moment. I apologise for the inconvenience caused from it.
