I'm sorry that you're having this issue. The team are currently looking in to this. Would you be able to provide a video showing you have completed this as a clan in a single session? I'll be able to send this up the devs for their research.

Also, it is crucial for fixing a bug to be able to reproduce it. One needs to know under what circumstances the bug appears. Otherwise you cannot fix a bug. You would just blindly change some lines of code thus possibly creating only more problems. It's not just activating a previously forgotten check box...

That's correct, as we would require a short video in order to check what actions have been performed in order to reproduce this instance and find the cause of this bug

Hey everybody, and sorry for the late response. I am sorry that some of you are still experiencing this in-game. Thank you for that insight on the banner not stating 'flawless' Fout15. We have been forwarding up each individuals information and the Game team is continuing to looking into this.
