I have a new PC build AMD Ryzen 5800x, 16GB Ram, Gigabyte X570 Gaming X Motherboard, AMD RX 6700XT 12GB GPU with Windows 11.
Playing Division 2 the Left Mouse Button used to fire the weapon on the Razer Mamba Tournament Edition will not work intermittently.

Weapon swapping does not effect it, also skill wont fire when chosen, sometimes can get several rounds off or a whole magazine and then nothing.

It works fine on Division, Call of Duty, Far Cry 6, Starlink and Ghost Recon Wildlands and in general use on PC.

I have reset all key bindings in game as well as all other features.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Razer software as well as deleting all profiles.

I have verified game files.

I have the latest drivers for ALL components.

I am a speed runner so this is really making the game unplayable at the present, so any assistance greatly appreciated, thank you.

@orion451 Hey! Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with not being able to fire.

Thank you for letting us know what you have tried so far. If you keybind to a different key does it work?

Also are you able to tet with another mouse if the issue continues?

Thank you.

@orion451

Thanks for confirming that for us.

If this is a consistent issue for you if possible could you share with us some video clips demonstrating this please?

Hey there @orion451 , thanks for coming back to us with a video, and explaining the steps you've already tried. I can see from the video that you seem only able to fire once before having to wait a while before taking another shot.

The issue you've shown looks extremely similar to one raised in another thread, found here. Post #4 is a fix, discovered by the same player who first posted about the issue. They advise that the issue is caused by having damage numbers showing up in chat, and the text size set to large - this causes the chat window to pop up whenever damage is caused, covering the centre of the screen, where the mouse pointer essentially can be found, so you're essentially clicking on the chat window when trying to fire. I can see from your video that you do indeed have damage numbers being reported in your chat window when firing, so I'm confident this is the same issue.

We've highlighted this to our teams, and are investigating internally - my apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime. If I've misunderstood, and the issue does not seem to be the same, please let me know - I'd certainly like to help further in that case!

Hey @racdavies , thanks very much for reaching out about this. Sorry to hear you've found your gun to not fire (or fire too much) sometimes - that sounds super frustrating, and I'd really like to investigate this.

Can you double-check for me if you've got the 'Enlarge UI' setting toggled on? Here's our support article showing where to find that option. If possible, at least temporarily for testing, can you toggle it off and see if the issue persists?

Our teams have so far been unable to replicate this issue on our end. In such a situation, it is difficult for us to solve the problem, since we need to observe an issue to see what causes it. Your insights into my question above may help us to zero in on this issue and help us to solve it. Thanks so much for your help!
