Hey there @xen0rm, thanks for taking the time to get in touch. I am sorry to hear that your game froze after successfully extracting on Countdown, thank you for letting me know. To help potentially prevent this from occurring again in the future, could you please go through this technical troubleshooting article: (https://support.ubisoft.com/article/000061047) for me ensuring you have completed all of the steps? As these steps can help rule out many of the common causes for performance-related issues.ย 

If you have gone through that article and continue to experience further freezes on Countdown, could you please let me know, and share a short video showing this in action? Please ensure the video shows the freeze right after/ or during the successful extraction. You could directly upload the clip to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. Alternatively, you can always try uploading it here on the discussions or try sending it to us another way, such as through a file-sharing site.ย 

I will continue to keep an eye out for similar reports on my end.

It is important to also note, that our team is aware that crashes have been occurring more often for players since the recent TU1.5, and they're actively working on helping reduce the frequency of these.

I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced some bugs while playing the Countdown mode in The Division 2, also, thank you for the video that you provided.

Also, thank you @ShrewdGaming for your feedback regarding the issue in the video !

The Division 2 has been undergoing a maintenance for the last few days, so maybe that's why you encountered some issues at that time. Could you please confirm if you're still having this issue while playing ?

If yes, could you please try and follow the steps in these articles ?

Have you also experienced Countdown loading and providing an empty arena with no hostiles as OP has provided?

If so, could you please attempt the troubleshooting steps provided by UbiMassilia above and potentially provide us with a video if possible?

Regarding the linked threads, one of our Ubi-Peeps should be back in touch on those as soon as possible with further information ๐Ÿ˜„

Thanks for letting us know. I'll pass this on that the issue seems to persist for some players and we do apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result of this issue whilst the team are working on a resolution.
