I am getting "The trial has ended" after associating The Division 2 with the Ubisoft Connect. In my account on the Ubisoft Connect gui, it prompts me to buy the game.

I have 719hrs played and own the Warlords of New York expansion as well. I could see this error being something on my computer with a trial version installed, but this is within my account that should not change no matter what happens on my computer.

@fdisk23 Hey! Thank you for getting in touch. It seems you had the Trial activated on your account.

We have removed this now, can you see if the game launches as normal?

Just to clarify, have you purchased a full version of the game? If so, our team will need to verify that on our end through a proper one-on-one support ticket.

Once you have that ticket open, our team will verify your account and get things fixed up for you as long as you do own a non trial copy of the game.
