Hi! I have a problem with submitting a case to ubisoft support I can only choose live chat but when i click on it.. It says this: Chat is currently unavailable. Please choose another support method. The problem is that the other methods aren´t there ://. I´ve tried waiting and it has been like 2 weeks and it still doesn´t work. What should I do ?

@unrankedboy1 Thank you so much for providing that information! When ever you attempt to connect to the multiplayer features for these games, do you encounter any specific error codes? Or does it just infinitely load?

@unrankedboy1 Thank you for the update and sorry to hear that you are still experiencing the same results. I see this is happening for AC4 and AC:Rogue when connecting to the Ubisoft Service. Could you confirm if there are any other Ubisoft titles you play that are not encountering the same behavior?
