Hello. I have wrote to support yesterday. I sent exactly the same picture about this bug. They told me that technical team is investigating and working on it.
Is it possible that after so long time you did not solve it yet? Is it possible to know if you are really working on that bug and when we will be able to claim this commendation in the right way? In my clan there are many people who got this bug and need a solution too.

I can let you know that this is still under investigation but should be fixed in a future update. Unfortunately, I don't have any information about when this update will be released, but please keep an eye on the patch notes published in the News & Announcements forum.

As Ubi-Perseids advised, at this time I can let you know that this is still under investigation and as soon as we have more information we will be happy to share this with players.

Please understand that we are not members of the game's development team and therefore we are not directly involved in any capacity with the ongoing investigation.

We have no say over what issues are addressed in what patch, as this is all done at the discretion of the game team.

What we can do, is keep you in the same loop as us in terms of updates when we receive them, which at this time is unfortunately not much.

As of writing, this is still under investigation and should anything information be made available to us, we'll update this thread but for now, we know no more than you in terms of the status of this.

Hello everyone, we understand your frustrations when reporting an in-game issue that has existed in the game for a certain length of time.

As Ubisoft Support we will report any issues provided by our players, to our QA team, we will re-open investigations when needed such as this one, and try to provide updates on the issue as we receive them.

Game bugs, gameplay issues, and game changes are things that our QA team will be responsible for resolving.

All issues are categorized and prioritized based on their frequency, severity, and how many players this impacts - main mission blockers will be given a higher priority than side content, quality of life issues, or minor bugs. What will be fixed in the game and when is decided by our dev teams.

As we have answered this thread multiple times already and advised this will be fixed in a future update, I will lock this thread as it seems to be going around in circles. Please stay tuned for our next few patch notes and title updates, for more information.
