Do you have any video footage to show when you should have earned a key and one wasn't received? Without knowing how many you should have and something to show you never got them due to a bug, there's not really much we can do with that I'm afraid.
@DoP3TriX Hey there! Thanks for clarifying this. Would you be able to provide a screenshot or image from your game showing all of the keys you had collected for the apparel event? Also, just to check are you having the same issue as the one described in this thread? If so, I can go ahead and get these merged so we keep everything in one place. Thanks!
