Hello Ubisoft, I am extremely struggling to play using my Xbox controller on PC. Sometimes some things won't work / happen with controller. I need to use keyboard. For example, holding X button on my Xbox controller won't unlock perks, instead exits me from Quartermaster. Need to press F keypad on PC to unlock. I like using game controllers and they are much easier to play.

May we please know what model Xbox controller you're using?
And are you using a wired or wireless connection? (Please try wired if you haven't done already as suggested by @KillEmEatEm)

@Kaedenya It's not expected for you to have a second controller but if you do, can you try testing this to see if it happens again? Also, can you recall how long this has been happening?
