I was playing without any problem on Assassins Creed : Valhalla but when i download patch 1.3.0 starting getting crash on launch i dont know why please help me. I didn't have any issues before this patch

@falconswift I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with Assassin's Creed Valhalla since installing the latest update.

Can you please go through the Xbox troubleshooting then try again to see if that helps.

Thank you for your detailed report @rustedm00n. Regrettably after trying the Xbox troubleshooting we have no further workarounds we can give for this crashing and audio issue, other than to check if you are using an external or internal hard drive and to contact Xbox Support for further troubleshooting steps.

To help us investigate this -

  1. Has your save file been uploaded to the cloud, so we can download and test this ourself?
  2. Are you able to capture a clip of when the sound issues you experience, so we can hear exactly what you do? Some audio issues have been reported in out known issue thread, but we must check if your audio issue, is a new unreported one?
