This is probably your best course of action. If it doesn't appear after restarting the game to make sure everything has synced up properly, contacting the Support Team will be the next best step!

Hey! The Outguard apparel event is open to all Warlords of New York owners who have completed the NY campaign. After that, the rewards and progress are automatically enabled at the beginning of the event. You earn an event key for free every four SHD levels, or purchase them with premium credits.

There is no way to play previous iterations of the game, so I'm afraid you're out of luck there. :\

What music were you looking for, specifically? Have you tried clicking on the mission while looking at the map to play the dialogue?

Fixed an issue where activated Directives would grant improper XP while in the Dark Zone.
Fixed an issue causing the Vanguard talent to make shields permanently invulnerable for all allies.

Golden Bullet Global Event is amazing. Even better than the Division 1 GEs

Apparel completion rewards

[Cheat report] This guy can shot through wall in dark zone

You don’t need a golden eye or gold finger to use the Golden Bullet. Eliminate the right foes and become the agent with the golden gun, buffing you to die another day.

Golden Bullet lasts a week and there’s no time to die with the Global Event shop open for your eyes only.

How does a apparel event works?

My mate and I beat the main story (pre-black tusk) with no armor upgrades. | Playthrough rules in the comments.

I did it, I killed my first Hunter ever, I'm going to wear this proudly for a long ass time.
