  • What activity was your party doing?
  • When did the Skill Icons disappear? (Eg: When you joined the party, when you initiated the mission, during normal gameplay, etc.)
  • Can you provide us with a video of the issue?

During the transitional period from Discussions to Discord, we should be making further adjustments, to the Discord channel, to further accommodate games that were supported on Discussions, but not on Discord.

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering crashes with The Division 2.

To help us understand your situation further, can you confirm whether you usually play in windowed mode or full screen?
Is there anything you installed prior to the issue occurring?

Did you notice anything else thats unusual leading to the events of the crash?

From your description, it seems unclear how you would not receive EXP, where previously mentioned in-game.

Is this something that happens often, or the issue occurred only in this instance?

Hi there @Zombiehunters71, thank you for reaching out! I'd like to look into this issue further, collect some additional information, and make sure that it has been reported for investigation. To cover all of our bases, I would like to complete some basic troubleshooting to rule out as much as possible, and I have a few follow-up questions as well.

The following steps are a great place to start:

  • If you have an Nvidia GPU, please rollback your driver version and see if this still happens when you launch The Division 2
  • Install Ubisoft Connect and The Division 2 on the same drive as your OS
  • End unnecessary background processes via Task Manager

Just to clarify, does this only occur for Manning National Zoo or other missions as well?
