Could you disable your Nvidia software and launch the game to see if this happens with that sofware fully disabled?

It didn't used to be this way, but now units are incapable of going around the smallest obstacle - they just keep trying to walk through it.
As I said, it didn't used to be this way, so something has been done to cause this degradation. I get so many units being so stupid that the game is not worth playing.

Until the final version came out and suddenly it refused to launch, with the same symptoms. I could get into the opening menu but once I started or loaded a game, it would play for a few seconds and then black screen. I tried everything I found online, repeatedly over multiple months but nothing worked and I eventually gave up on it. I have no idea what was wrong.
Aft...

I start the game, change the language and after that the game restarts but breaks and does not start anymore. I tried to change the language in the configuration files (3 files in the game folder) - but the game starts with the default language.

I am using MSI motherboard and while the gamebooster is on, I think it is doing an intermediate operation in the saving and mayor selection parts. Meanwhile, because it consumes too much processing power, the power supply is overloaded and it gives a kernel error. But strangely I never got such an error in other games.
Originally posted by LotusBlade: Same here, getting random crashes without any error, it also crashes Steam and shuts down it's process. You can hear game going to crash soon by listening to PC sounds, they become slightly louder. If you manage to quit and save at that moment, it won't crash.
I will cut my log's early part, cus it is way too big for steam comment:
