Could you disable your Nvidia software and launch the game to see if this happens with that sofware fully disabled?

Check if your Nvidia software can be bringing along the issues. Disable it and try to launch the game again.

What you tell us it's really weird because since 2021 the pathing has not been modified or any other update in the game that could modify that features in the game.

Just in case, have you checked your gpu configuration, your screen refreshing or if you can have some input lag brought along for you gpu configuration?

Haz una nueva instalación del juego desde cero. Borra la actual carpeta donde está el juego instalado. Haciendo una reinstalación completa no deberías de volver a sucederte el problema.

Have you tried to stop Windows firewall before installing the game? Also if your antivirus have any kind of real time scanner you can try to disable before installing.
