Hi everyone, I have a problem. I see only the World Leadboard, but when I switch to Region I can't see anything. I don’t even see the scores that I did:

I'm sorry that you both are having an issue where you aren't able to see the regional leaderboards/stats. If you haven't yet, please give the troubleshooting steps here and here a try. These steps should help rule out many of the common causes of various issues when playing our games.

If those steps don't help, could you please let me know when you both noticed this first started happening? Also, does this happen every time you try to view the regional leaderboards or only some of the time?

Thanks for your updates and reports.

@xPhillyy - so we can keep this thread focussed on the leaderboard issue, could you please create other threads and include screenshots for the other issues you've noted?

And could you guys please confirm the regions you're playing in so we can note these to the team too?

Hey guys,

The team have since requested some further information to look into this.

Could you guys please confirm;

  • Does this still happen after today's update?
  • Are there no leaderboards from the moment of launching the game? Or do they become inaccessible after playing for some time?
  • Do you use a VPN or any such 3rd party apps that may be affecting your connection?
  • Could you please also send us your DxDiag file via our Support Site

Should anyone still encounter this issue from Tuesday 13th September and you have a fully updated game, please let us know in this thread?
