[2023] No illumination on wheels/tires since update

I have made several custom skins with Adobe Substance Painter.
Since the new update I don't have any illumination (brake lights, always on lights) on the Wheels texture set (see Wheels_I.dds in file below) anymore.
Illumination on Skin and Details still work. With this link you can download the skin in question:

On this particular skin there should be brake lights on the outer white line on the tires.
A friend of mine tested it aswell and he doesn't see brake lights on the tires aswell.
So I'm pretty sure it is the same for everyone and not just for me. Please fix this.
