Hi guys,
I can't launch any runs in the winter 2021 campaign. When i click on one of them, nothing takes place.
Do you have a solution to fix it ?

I'm not familiar with this issue, however we'll certainly take a look. Perhaps we can fix this with some troubleshooting, or we may need a patch.

Thank you for getting back to me, that is very unusual.

I would like to gather a bit more information -

- Would it be possible to provide a short video of what happens?
- What are your PC specifications?
- Are you playing in Fullscreen or Borderless?
- In the support article above, did you try disabling background applications? That's a very important step to try.

3. Now that you ask that is another thing everytime i switch from Borderless to Fullscreen, after the next restart of the game it always switches back to Borderless and I dont know why... I always click on Accept as well
4. I dont use any of the Programs in the example, I can only think of my Anti-Virus software but i disabled it and that didnt change anything

Thank you for getting back to us!

I'd still advise disabling background applications via the guide, the programs listed are well known examples, however we still suggest completing those steps in case there is anything else potentially interfering

Can you give this a go and let us know if anything changes? Including the issue with using escape in the selection screen?

Thanks for reaching out and I am sorry to hear about the issue you've been affected by.

As this has been already reported to our development team, in order to aid us in further investigation, I would like to ask you to provide us with the following information:

1. Internet connectivity (do they have a firewall, VPN?)
2. Internet speed
3. Internet provider
4. Do you have a PB when joining the servers? What about Winter Campaign?
