Downloaded new trackmania today from uPlay but from some reason game doesn't want to connect uPlay. I can only play in offline mode.

I added trackmania manually to windows firewall, set port forwarding rules to router but no connection. uPlay launcher and game overlay are connected, so thereshouldn't be problem.

When I try to login to player page message appears, Sorry an error occoured, refreshin page...

Are servers down for some reason?

Edit. Unlinking Nintend Switch account fixed this for me.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you both are struggling to get online with Trackmania.
Can I ask if you receive any particular error code or is it just the message?

Also, are either of you using a VPN that might stop you connecting to the correct data centre?

There are some more connectivity steps to help get online, here which may be helpful if you haven't already tried all of them, I know you mentioned you had port forwarded which is a good step - https://forums.ubisoft.com/showthrea...rackmania-(PC)

Hey Porkyle,

After looking at your port settings, they seem all good to me. I believe the port settings for Trackmania are 2350-2450 TCP and UDP.

I would honestly suggest creating a support ticket and providing us with your MSINFO / DXDIAG / and port settings and to mention the connectivity troubleshooting steps you've already taken.

Also noticed when I try to log in https://players.trackmania.com/ and get that error message, I'm thrown out from support site too. It feels like there is something wrong with my account or weird incompatibility.

Hello! I believe your issue is slightly different, as you explained relaunching the game sometimes fixes it.

Do you receive any error message in particular?
