Sometimes when i play the game i get the message 'synchronizing' when i join a server. It shows that until i get kicked (server shutting down). The server obviously doesnt show down. Only reconnecting works.

The game was running for about 7 hours. These days the bug only appears once and then it looks like it's working normally. Few days ago it was always showing this message when i joined a server for the first time, which is annoying in super royal, because your oppenents have a head start then, while you are reconnecting (normally the server is waiting for players when someone did not show up, but not in this case, you count as connected).

I think this error is causing other bugs like this one: Starting game freezes whole PC | Ubisoft Discussion Forums

The game is not running smooth after that error, it starts lagging and stuff like that.

EDIT: I just tested it and restarted the game, looks like it worked. At least this time my PC did not crash.

Hey there @Twitch-Schwabba,

Thanks for the update, sorry to see it's happening again.

Just to be clear - is it just the 'synchronizing' error you see when joining a game now?

And you're stuck there until it disconnects you?

Does this happen regardless of the track / club / mode?

Hey there @Twitch-Schwabba

Thanks for clarifying.

Because you've stated that it helps when you restart the game, I would suggest that you try out some technical troubleshooting and also take a look at our connectivity article, just so we can rule those out as the potential cause.

Additionally, please double-check that the game and the launcher are installed on the same, preferably C, hard drive and that all the software and drivers on your PC are up-to-date.

If the issue continues after this, I would suggest that you open a support ticket, and please attach a Msinfo and DxDiag report so that the team can take a closer look.

Thank you in advance!
