Recently Uplay wasn't working and servers were down, I decided to play Trackmania Campaign in offline mode, I got AT on all Green Tracks and decent times.

Now, When I go into the Tack selection screen, my rank is blank until I hover over it. If I play on the track, my PB is not saved or shown.
I still have yet to receive a trophy for completing all Green tracks too.

Its been almost 2 months so I'm well past waiting for the "upload time"
Even when I play the tracks again and finish them, the PB is then saved as the new time until I exit, in which then its back to nothing.

Any suggestions? Issue doesn't occur on any other tracks, just those I played in offline mode

Hey @NossyZeroOne , thanks for reaching out - sorry to hear about these oddities with your track times in offline mode. I'd really like to help you solve this.

Can you start with our troubleshooting guide for me? It could be that something is blocking the update to the servers, or the new times you are setting. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your graphics drivers and Windows install fully updated, and you don't have any background programs which could interfere with the game (such as firewalls).

If the issue persists, can you come back to me and answer the two questions below for me?

  • Am I correct in saying that you'd only used offline mode that one time, and subsequent sessions have been with the game online?
  • Can you send me across some screenshots showing what happens when you hover over your rank, and that no times are shown for these tracks? Let me know if you'd like any tips on how best to take screenshots and upload them to a post here on the forum.

Hi @dlngs the development team were unable to reproduce this issue but have asked the following:

  • Can you send a screenshot of an internet speed test?
  • Was there any changes or events between the offline progress and the online one? Such as Windows reinstallation, outage, internet speed issues, or any related event that might cause package loss?
  • Does you use any add-ons that can influence the internet speed?
  • What is your NAT type and are the necessary ports open?
