Would you be able to advise us whether you happen to receive any error messages at all? Also, does this tend to happen all the time or did you notice anything in particular that you might be doing in-game that causes the crash to occur?

The more details you can provide on this, the better. Alternatively, video footage showing the crash is very good too .

Hi rumiG2G! I'm sorry that this has happened to your friend. I would recommend having him open a case himself at support.ubi.com. Support is not able to help recover accounts with anyone other than the account owner, so he will need to reach out to our team on his own. They would be more than happy to provide the necessary assistance to get your friend back in the game!
